What is the delivery time of my order?
Shipments are managed through the company NACEX or similar. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment.
Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal take between 48 and 72 business hours (Monday to Friday, not holidays). For shipments to other countries of the European Community between 5 and 7 working days. And outside the European Community between 15 and 20 working days.
In the case of orders with store pickup, the maximum delivery time is 48-72 working hours.
To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you must take into account that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will ship on Monday.
In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.
In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order, we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.
